Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read the following conditions before requesting a return or refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:

  • Has not been opened, tested, or used.
  • Remains in its original packaging.
  • Has its protective or hygiene seal fully intact.
  • Is returned with all included accessories and components.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, eyebrow makeup products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund. You will not be required to cover return shipping costs when the issue was caused by shipping or by an error on our part.

Please do not use or dispose of the damaged or incorrect product until our customer support team has reviewed your request.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products with a broken or removed hygiene seal.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Products damaged through misuse, incorrect storage, or improper handling.
  • Returns requested after the applicable return period.

This restriction does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to defective or non-conforming products.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved returns that are not related to damage, defects, or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Products returned opened, used, incomplete, or without their original hygiene seal may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled.
